About the Role
Key Responsibility:
• Work within the US Reporting and Visualization Products team to shape and develop visualization capabilities and address evolving technology landscape to meet business and stakeholder needs
• Manage project delivery in collaboration with stakeholders & provide best practices to ensure high quality deliverables for our colleagues
• Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes, key events, etc.
• Identifies and resolves operational, functional & technical issues, clearly articulate potential recommendations/solutions to stakeholders
• Leads capability development to raise the bar for associates in terms of domain & technology to stay abreast with evolving landscape.
• Drive adoption of BI products across various business functions & actively play role of product management
Essential Requirements for this role include:
- At least 8 years of experience in Pharma domain (Commercial analytics) with a focus on data modelling & visualization to create & maintain world class visualization products
- Experience of creating reporting / visualization products for Field Users and Commercial Leadership teams (eg Field Reporting Solutions, Home Office and Enterprise Reporting Solutions)
- Should have a solid foundation of Pharma domain (commercial analytics) and its datasets
- Experience of mapping Business processes & hands-on expertise in integrating various data sources and generating insights through large scale visualization products
- High level proficiency on front-end visualization tools (Power BI)
- Good understanding and working knowledge of ETL/Data engineering tools (DataIKU, Alteryx etc.). Working knowledge of Excel & SQL is also a prerequisite.
- Excellent team player with proven track record of large-scale Project management & adding value to the stakeholders
- Project management and ability to delivery independently with less oversight. Should be able to guide data and visualization analysts in the team for delivery
- Good presentation skills, story-telling and Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Learning agility and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Desirable requirements:
• Bachelor’s / master’s degree/other advanced degree in Lifesciences or Pharmaceutical sciences & MBA degree is preferred
• Previous knowledge and experience of pharma / life sciences industry is preferred.
